Rhinoplasty surgery is an operation to change the shape and appearance of your nose in proportion to the rest of your face. A reconstructive septo-rhinoplasty aims in addition, to improve your breathing by addressing structural defects in the nose from any cause.  Both cosmetic and reconstructive rhinoplasties can be combined at the same time if indicated. During rhinoplasty surgery, your surgeon works on individual nasal parts, utilizing a range of techniques and innovative equipment (Ultrasonic bone shaping device – Piezotome) to alter the nose both aesthetically and functionally.  Techniques used have been refined and tailored to maintain and preserve nose structure and function – using grafts to support and maintain longevity of result.
